Pregnancy weight loss problems can be easy to encounter when you are trying to lose the weight that your baby put onto your body. Now you might not realize that you are running into some of these problems, but that is because you are so busy taking care of your new baby. However, it is easy to overlook that you are not losing your pregnancy weight. Here is one of the problems that I encountered after my son was born.
The main problem that I had in losing my weight was that my son constantly wanted to eat. Now for some women this might not be a problem and I was fine with it for the first month or so, but after that time period I was burning the oil on both ends of the stick and knew that I would have problems losing my pregnancy weight. So with him constantly wanting food even though my husband was helping out as much as possible I still was exhausted.
This exhaustion led to me not being able to do any of the exercises that I wanted to do.
